Classification of "professional" electrical and electronic equipment
The producer makes decisions on classification of EEE in the sense of its designation for end users or consumers or for business activities. The collective scheme informs the producer of how the EEE is defined by the Waste Act, particularly of the fact set out in Section 37g (f), which stipulates that used EEE coming from private households may also include WEEE from legal persons and natural persons authorized to operate a business that is similar, in its character and quantity, to EEE coming from private households.
